Louti is a fun web planning platform designed to support children's daily routines. By using Louti and subscribing to the "Time Master" offer, you fully accept these Terms & Conditions.
02. SECURITY AND SUPERVISION
03. THE "TIME MASTER" SUBSCRIPTION
Pricing: The prices for the subscription (or one-time offers) are those displayed on the site or in the app at the time of subscription. They are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC).
Payment: Securely managed by Stripe. Louti does not store any banking details.
No Commitment: For monthly offers, cancellation can be done at any time, without fees or notice.
04. CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is done in one click from the "Settings" area. The user retains access until the end of the already paid month. No pro-rata refunds are issued.
05. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with Article L221-28 13° of the Consumer Code, you expressly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal to instantly enjoy your "Time Master" tools.
06. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content (name, Louti character, images, videos, icons, music) is the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.
07. PERSONAL DATA AND GDPR
Your data is hosted in France (Paris)with Google Cloud (Firebase). It is never shared for advertising purposes. Read ourPrivacy Policy.
08. "FOUNDING MEMBER" OFFER (LIFETIME PASS)
The "Founding Member" offer grants free, unlimited lifetime access to the application's Premium features ("Lifetime Pass"). It is strictly limited to the first 1000 users who meet the conditions: creating an account and publishing a public Instagram Story that explicitly mentions @louti.app with a link to the application.
Louti reserves the right to verify the validity of the publication. In the event of fraud, immediate deletion of the Story (before 24h), or non-compliance with these terms, Louti may revoke access without notice. The offer is personal and non-transferable.
Free "lifetime" access refers to the commercial lifespan of the Louti application. In the event of definitive termination of the service, the user agrees that their access will end without any compensation being required.
09. FINAL PROVISIONS AND ACCESS
Louti strives to keep the application accessible 24/7, but reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service (maintenance, updates) without any right to compensation.
We reserve the right to modify these General Terms at any time. Continued use of the application constitutes acceptance.
Mediation: In the event of an unresolved amicable dispute, the European consumer has the right to free recourse to a consumer mediator.
Applicable law: French. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
