Protecting family privacy is at the core of Louti'smission. This policy describes how S.A.S. SIDZE collects, uses, and protects your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
02. DATA MINIMIZATION
Parents
Email address (authentication) and billing information via Stripe.
Children
No real data. First names and mission names are local labels.
Louti does not collect children's last names, birth dates, or geolocation.
03. HOSTING AND SECURITY

Your data is hosted on the secure servers of Google Cloud (Firebase), physically located in France. We use SSL/TLS encryption protocols to protect all communications.
04. SHARING AND SELLING
Louti never sells, rents, or exchanges your personal data for advertising or commercial purposes.
Only our essential service providers (Stripe for payment and Google Cloud for hosting) have access to the data necessary to operate the service.
05. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, and delete your data. You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the application (Right to be forgotten).
